About Us
The Beginning
When Alex‘s then 17-year-old son Jake wanted his dad to teach him how to build a a tiny house from the ground up, they got the idea to build out a trolley car instead. So in June of 2020, they purchased a working trolley for their new project.
The Construction
After removing all the benches and the motor, they began replacing all the interior wood. They continued to install plumbing, electrical, gas, cabinets, fixtures, and flooring. Along the way, they drywalled, painted, and installed tile, then finished with the construction of a beautiful outdoor deck.
The Finished Product
Alex and Jake worked just about every day for a solid year. By the end, there stood an incredibly unique masterpiece and lasting memories were made between father and son.

The Little Red Trolley comes fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, stovetop, dishes, cooking basics, toaster, Kuerig, coffee pods, television, BBQ and utensils, linens, blankets, WiFi, air conditioning and heating, deck, fire pit, and outdoor lighting.
